Niestety bardzo trudno dodzwonić się do przychodni Salus – telefony od rana często nie są odbierane. Sprawia to wrażenie bagatelizowania pacjenta, który próbuje uzyskać pomoc lub informację. Dodatkowo, aby umówić się na wizytę lekarską, trzeba najpierw zapisać się telefonicznie na teleporadę, co przy tak słabym kontakcie jest bardzo utrudnione. Mam nadzieję, że w przyszłości obsługa pacjentów i komunikacja się poprawią.

I don't recommend it!!!! I called the doctor today to have my son examined. The receptionist told us to come around 6 PM and they'd see us. We showed up for our appointment, and the doctor came out and asked if my son was a patient at this clinic because they don't accept private patients.... Explaining that the receptionist had only been on the job for three days and had misunderstood the name and made a mistake. Words fail me! ... "Polish healthcare" :)

Dr. Ewa seems to have missed her calling, as helping and treating patients is definitely not her goal. She always creates problems and doesn't issue referrals for basic blood tests, even though I received such recommendations after leaving the hospital and there are indications for them. She also had trouble issuing prescriptions. I advise against using her services. For her, the best patient is one who is healthy and doesn't need anything from her, because she's making a profit.

How do I get through? I've been trying for two days now, and every time, the call is rejected, as if the phone was hung up, even though I've been calling all day during clinic opening hours.
