I do not recommend the lack of competence of one of the ladies. I registered for the Neurosurgical Clinic last year (2024) in November, I called in November 2025 to remind the date and time of the visit, and the lady on the phone claimed that I was not registered at all.

What a joke! We made a private appointment with Dr. Justyna Uderzo for 12:00 PM. The current appointment is 1:20 PM, and we're still waiting. The visit costs 250 PLN. She has no respect for people and their time. I don't recommend it. Today, August 19, 2025, we were there for the second time, this time for a blood draw for our 9-month-old baby. At 9:15 AM, the doctor who drew the blood was rude and completely lacking in any way. The baby was in pain, with no reaction from the doctor. The blood draw took an incredibly long time, and she didn't answer any questions.

The doctor himself is very competent and friendly, but the organization of the appointments leaves much to be desired. This is the second time in a row I've waited an hour despite my appointment – the first time there was a delay, and now it's the same again. The reception service is terrible – zero information, no communication with patients whatsoever. It's a shame, because the doctor is truly recommendable, but the whole atmosphere is very discouraging.

The ladies at SALUS at 3A Kusocińskiego Street, 57-300 Kłodzko, wouldn't see me for a checkup simply because I had an electronic referral. However, Monika and Patrycja welcomed me with open arms. They helped me print out the referral with a smile. The procedure itself was painless and hassle-free. The ladies provided very friendly service. Such employees are a treasure. Helpful and polite. I'll gladly return.
