Lack of transparency (untold expenses), weak call responsiveness, can get quite chaotic

I don't recommend it! Unless someone knows anything about tests, knows their rights, and has a lot of time and patience. A close friend of mine went there with diarrhea and lost 20 kg in the last three months. After an interview and rectoscopy, the doctor gave a referral for a colonoscopy (urgent!), of course without asking if it would be done with anesthesia or not... so you have to monitor it yourself and go back again to correct the referral. A DILO (indigestion certificate) wasn't issued in this case (you can't, you have to have a colonoscopy). Blood was drawn and only a biochemistry test was done, but not a complete blood count, and I don't know why. It had to be re-drawn. It's obvious that colonoscopy is also worth testing (even a clotting test) - no one even bothered to ask. We had to keep asking. Stool test - the sample was also submitted twice because... the first one was lost. The colonoscopy was done privately because the appointments in Warsaw are astronomical - the changes in the intestine require further diagnosis. You'd think DILO would be available now. Well, no! The doctor informed me that a decision regarding DILO would take two weeks (I'll find out, of course, if that's the case??) and referred me to an oncologist at the Public Healthcare Center (SPZOZ). Along the way, I needed an urgent consultation with a cardiologist based on a referral from the clinic (the primary care provider ordered me to discontinue two of my three high blood pressure medications, which didn't end well, and the quality of the ECG shown in the ER left the doctor on duty with mixed feelings). The appointment was private due to time constraints. The cardiologist ordered blood tests, but they had to be done privately at the clinic because he wasn't the cardiologist with whom the clinic has a contract (even though the consultation was ordered by the clinic). The patient, who is unaware of what's happening to him, was constantly going back and forth between Annasz and Kaifasz, possibly having cancer that hasn't been diagnosed since November. Of course, he won't be returning to this clinic because the dues have already been paid, and everything needs to be inquired about, demanded, and preferably in writing. Not to mention the fact that I'm reading on the window (and can't believe my eyes): preventive vaccinations for Lyme disease (I have photos!) - there's no such thing as Lyme disease, and even if it were Lyme disease, a vaccine hasn't been invented yet...

In short, I highly recommend it. The receptionists are very polite; you can tell they genuinely want to help. As for the rest of the staff, I've only dealt with Dr. Zdanowski – a pleasant, professional man, clearly a doctor by vocation.

It should be one star, but because of the receptionists, I'm giving it two stars – they're always very kind and helpful. I changed clinics because of the behavior of two doctors: Dr. Kwaśniewska – rude, resents the patient for even coming for an appointment, and sends him to the night clinic with a cold (!) so as not to bother her. Dr. Kurkiewicz – this is a longer story, the most incompetent doctor I've ever met – I even emailed a complaint a long time ago, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response.

This clinic is highly recommended. Dr. Zdanowski is a very good doctor, very kind. Nurse Natalia is brilliant at her job – blood draws are painless. It's worth coming here :)
