  It's a disaster. I haven't been able to get through on the phone for three hours to get my medication, and it's been like this every time. Can't someone just walk up to the phone and answer it? Is this some kind of gesture to a sick person?

  Disaster! Scandal! Yesterday, August 11, 2025, blood was drawn for testing. Today was the date for the results, as well as an appointment with the doctor to get the results. It turned out there were no results due to missing blood! What's more, the nurse calls a moment later and asks why Mom didn't show up for her appointment with the doctor to get the results!

  It's a tragedy. I've been going to this clinic since I was a child. When the doctor I always went to no longer worked there, I had to see other doctors. It wasn't bad until the doctors started being unpleasant at times, especially one of them. She acted like I owed her something, and she used rude language. She treated the next smaller patient gently. Immediately after that, I decided to transfer; there's no point in wasting my time at this clinic.

  Minus 10 stars if possible. There's no contact information, and you can't reach them because it's constantly "busy," meaning they're probably hung up. The woman tells you to call for prescriptions or repeat medication after 1 p.m., but when I called, no one answers or the line is busy. When I did manage to get through, she said it was too late, so they'd just plow and sow the beans, and it would be more beneficial. It's a misunderstanding. The staff seems to be making a fool of themselves for even calling you.

  It's a tragedy, steer clear. It's practically impossible to get through, and if you do, you're treated like an enemy. I called the clinic, and the line was busy, and the women were telling stories and laughing among themselves. I recommend moving to another clinic with much better patient care.
