  While the physiotherapist himself is top-notch and his work helped as expected, there are a few things that are questionable. Firstly, my appointment was rescheduled several times, for three treatments, twice they were canceled and rescheduled, and once I was given a different appointment time, and the physiotherapist a different one... unfortunately, whoever is scheduling it doesn't quite get it. The length of the session is also a downside. 30 minutes from check-in to check-out (not the treatment itself) is definitely not enough for the 220 PLN cost. I don't recommend this facility.

  I've been taking Kasia Kowalska's classes with my son for a long time now. She's incredibly kind, positive, and composed, with extensive knowledge and experience in helping children with eating disorders! Thanks to her, my son recognized his problem and has been tackling it with great results during every session. It was here that I learned that with Kasia's systematic approach and extensive support, we can overcome this problem. I highly recommend Kasia! P.S. Renort Clinics offer excellent service, always willing to help, with a friendly attitude, and top-notch specialists. I've used them and haven't been disappointed.

  I've been actively involved in sports for 12 years, with 3-5 training sessions per week. I've had experience with physiotherapists, but it usually ended in nothing. After two sessions here, I feel like a deep rehabilitation process has begun. My first experience was in Ursynów! I had a knee ultrasound during my physio appointment. She's a true professional. Another one at Łucka Street: Mr. Jan Piotrowski is a magician and in a class of his own. He unblocked my shoulder and repaired my lumbar spine. "Recommend" is an understatement! I encourage everyone!

  I'm changing the star rating because, as compensation, I was referred to a different doctor. But my opinion remains unchanged. I had an appointment at the beginning of October. After talking with friends who had postpartum appointments with urophysiologists elsewhere, I decided to write a review. The quality and process are significantly different from the price I paid. I'm not satisfied with my visit with physiotherapist Ewelina. I went on a recommendation and was very disappointed. The appointment was supposed to last about 45 minutes. It lasted about 20, including my undressing and dressing. Not only was there a delay and I arrived late, but I also felt like Ewelina was in a rush, which I didn't quite like. When I asked about the exercises, she told me to watch YouTube videos. I'm not going to pay 250 PLN for an appointment just to be told I have the exercises on YouTube. She didn't even show me a single exercise and didn't offer to email me anything. The doctor didn't even tell me which exercises I shouldn't do. I had to ask. She gave me the final instructions literally on the fly, while I was walking to the break room, in front of other patients waiting in the waiting room. Furthermore, I had an appointment with a urophysiotherapist, but I had an osteopathic appointment. It's a difference for me because I prefer to feel like I'm doing something or having something done to me (massages, compressions). Unfortunately, it wasn't until I was outside that I realized how short my appointment was. I didn't go back for another one.
