We came in with our sick child (15 months) and got help right away. Everyone is incredibly friendly, the hospital is clean like a hotel. It took us 1.5 hours to get everything (RSV diagnose, lung X-Ray, meds in the pharmacy), which is incredibly fast compared to other countries. My husband and I were amazed by the competence and openness of the physicians and nurses. We are forever grateful!

i came in with my friend after midnight, the staff was very rude and so unhelpful, the first woman we saw on the first floor at the reception was very rude. She sent us to another floor then we got told to go back down to the first floor to the same woman and she told us to go to floor 6. The woman that saw him was very rude also she was moaning about not having face masks considering no one else off the other staff had masks on and she was asking stupid questions to do why he came here …. and asking HIM why no one from the other floor phoned her and informed her that he was coming up. Very very rude staff would not recommend this hospital at all

The lady in the emergency room was very kind. We were quickly transferred to the ENT department. The staff there were wonderful, kind, and had a sense of humor. The matter was resolved quickly, and despite the pain and suffering, we have fond memories of it. Thank you.

If I could give more stars, I would gladly do so. Thank you for the help and care of the staff in the Gynecology Department. Despite the tragedy we faced, I felt complete empathy from both the doctors and nurses. Dr. Trzeciak showed immense patience, empathy, and professionalism. Thank you, Doctor. Nurses... it's hard to put into words what you do, but don't stop, because you are wonderful. You can soothe pain and fear with a look and touch, and you are not indifferent to human tragedy. Thanks also to the ladies in the department office for their reliable information and willingness to help with sick leave, certificates, and all the bureaucracy to make things as best as possible for me as a patient. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
