"WE CARE FOR OUR PATIENTS, EVERY DAY, IT WON'T GETS BETTER" This is the motto under which the paramedics, nurses, and medical receptionists at the Lubin Emergency Department operate. I understand that the system isn't working well, I even understand burnout and night shifts. But the people working there are completely fed up with helping others. I'm not lumping everyone in; maybe we just happened to be on a night shift. I really don't want to work this hard. Eight hours of waiting, and we would have waited even longer because we had to go to the doctor, nurse, and paramedic ourselves because no one said anything. It's a tragedy of tragedy...

A terrible doctor—Alexander Anosov—he can't even be called a doctor! A man like that shouldn't be allowed to work with people, he's aggressive! We arrived at the ER, waited there for 4.5 hours, and when the corridor was already empty, after another hour and a half, the doctor finally came out. We explained the problem and what exactly was troubling us about his health, but the doctor didn't even listen and started administering strong, painful blows to his back—and it was the back that hurt the most. During the examination, the person he was examining began crying and arching in pain, screaming that it hurt so much. When I asked, "What are you doing?" he simply replied, "I need to check it out and do an examination." Is this what an examination looks like when there's a suspected hernia compressing nerve endings? Afterward, he simply left. While explaining the problem, I mentioned that before arriving at the ER, the doctors at the house had administered two painkillers—this was documented in the records. He claimed there was nothing of the sort, even though that was impossible, because everything was recorded in the patient's medical history. Finally, they brought a paracetamol drip. Anyone familiar with medicine knows that it's a very weak painkiller in this situation. What's more, we weren't even informed what they were going to administer intravenously—they simply confronted us with the fact that it would be an IV drip. If I hadn't checked what medication it was, no one would have told us. After we said the medication wouldn't help, the nurse raised his voice and said we had to sign a refusal of treatment. In the end, we weren't issued any refusal of treatment; we didn't sign anything, and we received documents stating that the doctor performed an examination and that the patient was given paracetamol—ALTHOUGH THAT'S NOT TRUE! People come there for help, not to be beaten! There are many complaints about this Aleksandr from various people—we're not the first to experience this! A scandalous, unacceptable approach! It's simply unimaginable that "doctors" would behave this way! Does the Hippocratic Oath even mean anything to them?! The principle of "do no harm" (primum non nocere)? Focusing on serving others and protecting life—is that foreign to them? And the code of medical ethics, which Alexander clearly violates?! It's simply impossible! Backs after "he checked."

I just had a procedure at the gynecology and obstetrics ward. What wonderful staff they have there! 😊 From the moment I walked in, the reception itself was quick and pleasant, above all. The nurses were smiling and cheerful, it was so nice to chat for a moment. 😊 The examination was thorough, the doctor was gentle and professional. The procedure was successful, conducted in such a good atmosphere that I could have stayed there a little longer. 🤣 The wonderful nurse held my hand and sat by my side until the end so I wouldn't be afraid... Wonderful care!!! Including the lady who changed the sheets. 😊 Thank you so much for today, girls, and to the doctor as well. 😘
