  I recommend the Women's Clinic. I come from Słupsk. My sister also goes to the Women's Clinic, and we are satisfied. A visit with Dr. Sokolnicka is very similar to a private practice. I highly recommend it.

  I've been going to this facility for five months, and unfortunately, the situation is the same every time – disastrous organization, lack of respect for the patient, and a lack of professionalism. Appointments are scheduled for a specific time (usually 9:00 AM in my case), and I don't get in until around 11:00 AM. Two-hour waits are the norm here, with no apologies or explanations. Telephone communication is practically nonexistent – the midwife doesn't answer her calls, which can be particularly stressful for pregnant women. Her approach also leaves much to be desired – the patient feels like she's just another number on her schedule, not someone who deserves help and support. Dr. Kamila Sokolnicka, unfortunately, shows no commitment. The visit is silent – she doesn't provide any information about the health of the mother or baby. Furthermore, the ultrasound is performed in a manner that raises serious doubts about the quality and competence. The examination is very brief, there's no discussion, and the images are not shown to either the patient or her partner. In other facilities, doctors provide detailed descriptions of the examination, but here – complete silence. I had to ask for a referral several times, but ultimately I never received one. The blood draw was completely insensitive and lacked appropriate attention – I ended up feeling dizzy and almost fainting. In summary, after five months, I haven't seen any improvement in the quality of service or patient care. The atmosphere is cold, communication is practically nonexistent, and, in my opinion, the professionalism is very poor. I definitely don't recommend this facility and advise avoiding it altogether.

  Since May 13th, I haven't been able to get a prescription. PZU has sent me an email twice, just like I've been doing since the registration system was changed, and still nothing. It's sick!

  The nurses are very nice, but Dr. Wasyl is terrible. His lectures and his talk... a failure... as if you were nobody... He just tries to be a smartass and doesn't let you get your point across. I wanted hormones for menopause because I'm in so much pain. Hot flashes, insomnia. He didn't give them to me because he doesn't give them right away. He prescribed me an over-the-counter medication and told me to come back in two months. I've taken various over-the-counter medications, with no results. But he knows how I feel better than me... I just wasted my time. I don't recommend him to women over 50 because he doesn't understand us. He didn't even take a Pap smear because he says once a year, but I didn't have one last year, only two years ago privately. Only when I asked him to examine me did he do it. And all he got was the results from the uterine cleaning I had during menopause, and that's it.... Dr. Wasyl is a disaster. I don't recommend him... I won't say who... FAILURE!!! May he recover... and as soon as possible. A star with white teeth...

  I don't recommend this place. The women who answer the phone are lost in what they're saying and doing. They schedule appointments for a specific time, only to have the date changed without informing the patient, let alone issuing a prescription. When one woman answers, she claims there's no doctor available, but when another woman answers, there's no problem. There's no discipline or approach to patients whatsoever.
