  I've encountered complete incompetence here more than once. I took my children for vaccinations, but the pediatrician didn't hear any heart murmurs. The children showed signs of a protein allergy, so I replaced them and asked about changing their formula. I was told that as long as the children were gaining weight, everything was fine. The children were struggling, and I didn't get any help from the pediatrician. The teleconsultation registration was a mistake. I didn't get through until an hour and a half after the initial call. I was registered and was supposed to call at the given time. It turned out the doctor had long since finished work, leaving me without formula. I only belong to the clinic because my family doctor no longer accepts patients under the National Health Fund. I entrust my health and that of my children to private doctors anyway; I only handle essentials like vaccinations, prescriptions, and referrals at the clinic, because I'd be afraid my children wouldn't receive adequate care.

  It's true that it can be difficult to get through on the phone around 9-10 a.m., but it's usually within 15 minutes. Calls between 7:30-8 a.m. are no problem. Doctors are very helpful, returning patients' calls and, if necessary, inviting them to the office. Personally, I don't understand how this rating has a single star.

  You can't reach people passing by; they deliberately don't answer the phone. When you get there, the nasty women at the registration desk no longer have their numbers. You can't register for the next day; you have to wait in line in the morning to see the doctor again a few hours later. It's a bit backward (perhaps they don't know how to navigate the program or answer the phone).

  I absolutely do not recommend this facility. I went to the dermatologist today. They showed zero professionalism. They had zero patient care. The doctor didn't even ask if I was taking any medications or had any medical conditions. He tried to convince me that my acne was caused by my makeup. Not to mention the doctor is foreign and impossible to communicate with. I didn't understand half of the appointment. And getting through to them by phone was next to impossible. The service was mediocre. I definitely won't be going back. I understand it's covered by the National Health Fund, but everything has its limits!

  My son was diagnosed with strep throat and had fibroid carcinoma. Fortunately, I took him to Warsaw.
