No respect for the patient. If you have an appointment for an hour, you have to book an entire day. Appointments are supposedly scheduled for an hour, but in reality, there are long waits in lines and very long delays. In short, it's a disaster. I honestly don't recommend it.

Starting with the registration desk, a middle-aged, thin woman, clearly disturbed, sits there as a punishment. With a raised voice and a mocking smile, she refuses to confirm the examination date, claiming that "she can't be forced to do it." The oldest surgeon should be enjoying retirement—zero interaction with the patient. When asked if he would prepare a certificate of current health, he replied, "Why do you need that? You have a document from the emergency room," focused solely on the computer, which he clearly lacks the skills to operate—steer clear. Fans of S. Bareja's work—I recommend the live show—a journey back to the communist era.

The clinic has changed for the better. I must admit that thanks to online registration, online medication ordering, and even e-referral, it has saved time for both doctors and patients. I don't have to wait in line for a prescription. I don't have to worry about not having a referral. Unfortunately, the wait for "specialists" is at least 40 minutes.

A tragedy. Getting through to the clinic is bordering on a miracle, and getting an appointment with any doctor is an even bigger miracle....
