  THIS “FAKE”Clinic is just a place to be robbed for your money!!!I was unfortunately at this thives at this Adress,I am a foreigner who travels a lot everywhere,first of all:I contact the PsyhoMedic clinic and i speak with person on the desk and explain everything what i need(I take some medicine at home,but i was passing by Katowice and find this clinic to pay and get my prescription medicine)Person in clinic say to me that I will get my prescription medicine immediately when i pay 300 zlot,ok no problem,i pay 300 and wait at clinic for my prescriptions,but after a 20 minutes,the office Clark tell me that I must to go out from clinic and wait for call on Skype from “SOME GREAT DOCTORS” and we will speak by my smartphone by video call.I was feeling very very bad because i was out with my medicine and that was the biggest problem and I was needed right now. The clark are telling lies to me,when I was speaking with Her on phone the first time,she was assuring me that when I come to PsyMedic clinic that I must to pay and immediately the drogs will waiting for me after I pay.I was in very tigh schedule that day. Later some time the famous Doctor call me by video call,and tell me that he will immediately send me prescriptions by mail,and everything what I need to do is to go to pharmacy and show from my phone mail with prescriptions from doctor and everything will be ok,I will get my drugs and that’s it. I travel to my place in Poland and go to pharmacy and i show the mail from PsyMedic clinic from doctor,i was at every pharmacy in city of Chestohowa. When pharmacist look at mail,she tell me and explained to me that i was actually robbed and that prescriptions was a fake,NO VALID!!!!I was in a state of fury. I call the doctor by Skype and he don’t want to answer me on my multiple calls,i was in Chestohowa city(about 100km from Katowice and it was a Saturday in 10pm and I can’t go back to the Psycmedic until Monday)In Monday i called the stupid PsyMedic clinic and asking for my money or my drugs and asking immediately response for fake prescriptions and fake everything but I get no my money or my drugs or anything further more from THE CLINIC TAKE MY MONEY AND GIVE ME SOME PRESCRIPTION WHICH IS NOT VALID ANYWHERE???I pay 300 zlot for and get nothing,no medicine,in Pharmacy they told me that prescription is not complete and I cant get anything on that prescription.In other words they took my money 💰 and didn’t provide me with anything,experience in ONE STAR,BUT HERE THE ONE STAR IS A MINIMUM FOR BED SERVICE.DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING THERE!!!!!

  I've been to this clinic and I have to say that their services are abysmal. I asked Dr. Wołan to write a referral to a psychiatric clinic for people with Alzheimer's disease. In return, I received lies from a psychiatrist who ignored my words, prescribed medications that accelerated the dementia process, and charged 240 złoty for a 30-minute meeting. This is simply insane. I went to a diagnostic center to get blood tests to confirm the truth that my father and grandfather had Alzheimer's disease. A week later, the test results came back positive for 150 złoty. And after paying three visits to this psychiatric facility, I received a doctor who doesn't listen to his patients, is driven by his own ego, is self-absorbed, and wastes his patients' time and money with his work. Let me be blunt. I wish others would do better, but this clinic provides no help to its patients. Plus, I want to add that psychiatrists and psychologists here are worse than doctors from the National Health Fund, who do not want to work for money from the state, but prefer to force nonsense on their patients about common diseases, without being able to distinguish the causes of diseases based on blood tests or X-ray/MRT images.

  A few days ago, I had an appointment with Dr. Kusaj, and I must say the visit was very professional. She is a very empathetic person. This allows me to open up, despite the stress that usually increases in such situations, and to fully explain my health problem and related concerns. I was listened to, and I didn't feel judged during the conversation. I'm grateful for all the help I received, and I recommend this form of medical consultation to anyone with health problems, especially those undecided, because it's definitely worth it!
