Flu season and no doctors?! At 8:45, there were no more appointments available for today! There's one doctor and the rest are off. Apparently, they're paid too much and can afford it...

The pediatrician is great, Dr. Wnuk, and has a fantastic approach to the child, but the clinic itself is a disaster. The doctor's recommendation is to schedule a check-up in a few days, you can already book an appointment, but they make such a big deal at the reception that if you don't respond decisively, there's no chance. You can forget about making an appointment on the same day or by calling the day before after 8 a.m., you can forget about the appointment.

They're making fun of patients. They don't have appointments, they don't answer the phone, and registration is disabled.

Making an appointment over the phone is next to impossible. They can't book an appointment with a doctor any sooner; you always have to call the day before the appointment, and even then, there are no available appointments (despite calling at 8 a.m., which is when registration begins). You have to go and wait for your appointment, like for toilet paper in communist Poland. They should work on this, because these are no longer the same times. In Poznań, you can easily book a family doctor's appointment online.

A teleconsultation session looks like this: the doctor interrupts the patient mid-sentence, saying that she won't do anything without a regular visit, refusing to even listen to the medications the patient is taking. If the doctor can't conduct telephone visits, it might be worth eliminating them from the offer because I don't see the point in bothering with them.
