  Getting an appointment with a doctor is a nightmare. People start calling at 7:00 AM because they're sick, wait in line, and then find out 40 minutes later that there are no appointments available. The only words that come to mind are the most obscene ones. I should add that I was 12th in line. If they're charging us health insurance premiums, why can't I get medical care when it's absolutely necessary? I'd like to add that this isn't the first time this has happened! Shameful! In short, you must be earning a good living in Poland, because in such a situation, only a private visit is possible. I'm not giving you my best!

  Someone wants to make an appointment with a doctor... And the behavior of the woman who answered my call today at 8:20 was outrageous. I understand that the level of patient service at the reception desk is embarrassing because they either don't have training or do but don't pay attention to it, but let's have some respect. To the woman who spoke to me like that and slammed the phone on me: talk and do that to your husband (if you have one). You should be fired for such behavior to a customer. I don't greet you.

  I've been a member of this clinic for over a decade, and neither I nor my children have ever had any problems with referrals or other necessary advice. Even with the 24-hour care, I was pleasantly surprised and provided truly professional care. Of course, it can be difficult to reach a doctor by phone or on a given day. But it's not just this clinic. I currently belong to another clinic where it's also difficult to get in to see a specialist, but my children are still here, and I think they have a really good pediatrician. Remember, the National Health Fund doesn't offer miracles anywhere.

  This center doesn't even deserve a single star. Calling even on a Friday at 6:20 PM is impossible. It takes a week to get a prescription sent online. There's no way to register with a doctor, and waiting from 6 AM to register at 7 AM or being told there are no more appointments is ridiculous. This center should be closed, at the very least.

  I'm impressed, a truly pleasant surprise. For many years, I used private healthcare exclusively, although after two major surgeries, I returned to our local "health center." From the friendly receptionists, who, despite the inefficient system and long waiting times, are determined to help patients at all costs and demonstrate extraordinary patience, to the nurses, who are excellent at drawing blood and administering injections, to the doctor (I'm a member of Dr. Bazgier), who, in turn, took a comprehensive look at my health problems and ordered a number of tests that weren't performed at the hospital.
