A very good clinic! Friendly, helpful staff, and today I once again saw how the doctors approach each patient individually. Thanks to Dr. Artur Wajs, a medical condition was detected, and Dr. Jagoda Badurowicz, based on the results, expanded the diagnostics and referred me to a specialist. I received comprehensive answers to all my questions, all with great commitment and interest in the patient's health. I am grateful to have found such specialists at the right time.

The receptionist should have been more empathetic and adaptable. We were on vacation and urgently needed to consult a pediatrician. When I asked where the pediatric clinic was, the first thing I heard was, "We only accept our own children." The National Health Fund (NFZ) mandates that patients have the right to healthcare services nationwide, not just at their home clinic. Furthermore, a doctor cannot refuse to admit a child due to lack of registration with a specific facility. If it's an urgent medical need, it's important to know your rights. I'm very glad we found a good doctor who helped us in our time of need. :) The receptionist, however, should have been nicer.

I don't know how this clinic hasn't gone bankrupt yet. Not a single doctor tries to help their patients. I actually feel like everyone is interested in making life difficult for others. I came in for an appointment asking for a referral for one test. Instead, I received a series of other tests, and the one I requested was omitted. Thank you for your help. The receptionists are passive-aggressive, like almost every doctor there. The only exceptions to this circus are the lovely ladies in the pharmacy and one female doctor. Thank you, but I don't recommend it and I won't go there again because I would lose my self-respect.

Registration and appointments with both a family doctor and a specialist are relatively quick. All disinfection guidelines are in place. An on-site pharmacy is also available.
