I definitely recommend Dr. Rafał Napierałe – he is a competent, experienced, and committed doctor who listens carefully to the patient and clearly explains the treatment; the entire Vita Clinic, including the laboratory, runs very efficiently, contact is hassle-free, you can always get through by phone, and prescriptions and referrals are issued quickly and without unnecessary formalities – complete professionalism and reliable care.

The clinic is required to send a doctor to certify death by 6 p.m. I received a refusal: "The doctor finishes work at 2 p.m.," and then I heard complaints about calling at 2:50 p.m.! That's not how they behave. You lose a loved one and then have to listen to rude receptionists. I don't recommend it. I'm transferring my entire family to another family clinic. Besides, the doctor only spends 10 seconds on appointments. When my ferritin levels dropped again, I was told, "Not critical yet."

The doctor is an angel. Always helpful, competent, and has a genuine approach to the patient. He listens, advises, and always helps. I highly recommend him. Dr. Julia, however, is a different story. Unfortunately, he repeatedly renews medication orders even though the medication is permanently registered in the patient's medical records. Stupid smiles and comments are the norm. I do not recommend him. The receptionists are very helpful, competent, eager to help, and above all, very kind and smiling. It can be difficult to get through to someone, but that's due to the high volume of patients. There are only two numbers, so you have to keep trying. Overall, the clinic is a great place to call.

Rejestracja w przychodni Vita straszna. Panie rejestrujące nie potrafią przekazać rzetelnie informacji o terminach wizyt. Brak profesjonalizmu.
