The doctor did not do anything to check the state of the ear of the child. After visiting the doctor who diagnosed „everything is fine!” the child had severe ear pain the next day and had to go to proper clinic. Vita Med specialists are a joke. Out of available medical tools Dominik Bien had only endoscope and when asked to do a proper audiometric tests he said the testing cabinet is closed pls book another visit! I had to wait for two weeks to have child poorly examined for 5 minutes after driving one hour in traffic jams of Warsaw. I do not know why people are paying high taxes to have such unprofessional medical service! I could as well go to a mechanic!! In the middle of Europe medical service is at the level of past century!!

Patient service standards are abysmal. I've been waiting for an appointment for two months, and then today, two weeks before my appointment, I receive a text message (!!!) that my appointment has been canceled and they're asking me to contact them urgently. I try to call them. Of course, I connect immediately, but then I spend 10 minutes on their internal line, waiting (and losing money) for someone to kindly answer the phone. When I finally do, when I ask why they don't call patients if they're the ones canceling, the doctor claims the appointment was canceled and they're busy. She then offers me a new appointment for the second half of March 2026. Laughter in the audience! I warn everyone, it's a waste of your time!

I strongly advise against visiting Dr. Anna Skoczek, a psychiatrist. On the day of my appointment, Anna was 25 minutes late; visits lasted maybe five minutes. The doctor was in a hurry, asking questions, getting irritated if someone waited too long for an answer, and commenting on the patient's words—a depressed patient—in an unethical manner (I'll skip the quotes). I deeply sympathize with anyone who comes to such an appointment and seeks help from such a specialist for the first time.

The clinic is refusing appointments overnight. I had an appointment scheduled for next week, and I waited in line for two months. My next appointment will be during my work hours or in May. Failure.
