  It's been a long time since I've been to such a good and efficient clinic. I've visited them many times and always received adequate care, and Dr. Teodorska was the only one who diagnosed me with acute nephritis, which I'd been struggling with for days and which wasn't diagnosed even after six hours in the ER! Bloodwork was done quickly, the nurses were attentive and friendly, and the receptionists were also very kind and polite. I've also called the clinic in the morning to make an appointment and had to wait in line for a while, but I always got through and made an appointment. My favorite clinic :)

  Unfortunately, these are completely deserved criticisms. The woman who is supposed to be examining the patient doesn't wear gloves, and the registration process is also a mess.

  This clinic doesn't even deserve a single star. The receptionists are rude. The primary care physician, Mr...., is also rude. You can't make an appointment if you arrive at noon. They tell you to call every day at 8 a.m. And then you get an announcement: You're 17th in line. I don't understand how this all works. After all, we all pay for this clinic.

  The clinic is hopeless. The women who work there are unhelpful, the doctor who works there is rude, as if he's being punished for being there. They're constantly running out of doctor's numbers, the staff needs replacing, or the clinic needs to be closed.
