I don't recommend this clinic; the standard of service is pathetic and reminiscent of the 1970s and 1980s. Access to the clinic is difficult because it's located on the second floor and the elevator is often out of order, thanks to the unfriendly elderly woman at the front desk, who clearly should have retired long ago because she's exhausted. Although no one is forcing her to work, she is consistently rude and arrogant, complaining to a patient that she won't be leaving work by 6:00 PM... even though she doesn't have to work. In short, it's a nightmare.

A very good clinic. The doctors are thorough, committed, and truly listen to their patients. Registration is efficient, the staff is courteous, and visits are conducted without unnecessary chaos. Their professionalism and friendly approach are palpable. I have no complaints.

Rehabilitation – on the plus side, the logistics are excellent; any patient who arrives is immediately cared for and assigned to an available position. On the minus side, the staff, of whom I feel there are a lot, are more preoccupied with themselves than with the patients. The individual exercises demonstrated in the first session are performed with minor additions throughout the course, and the staff tries not to interfere.

Jolanta Malejczyk was incredibly professional! I felt truly cared for during my wisdom tooth extraction procedure – everything went smoothly, painlessly, and with a great deal of reassurance. Even though the procedure was covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ), the quality of care was top-notch. The only thing that could be improved is the patient reception organization – people who "just stopped by to ask a question" often cause delays of up to 40-60 minutes. Other than that, she was completely professional and incredibly dedicated. I highly recommend her!
