I'd like to share my opinion about this clinic. The ladies at the reception desk are very rude, rude, and loud. I'm having trouble receiving my test results. I'd also like to commend the pediatric nurses. The blood draw for my child was hassle-free, the staff were great, and not a single tear was shed. Thank you.

This clinic is a nightmare. I wanted to get an appointment with my primary care doctor today, and I was at the clinic at 7 a.m., and the lady told me I had to make an appointment two weeks in advance. I had to plan my illness like a vacation. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Good telephone contact (I rescheduled my appointment several times, but the lady was always polite). Everything went smoothly at registration, with smiling ladies. Three ladies were taking blood samples (probably at every available station), so the wait was a maximum of two minutes (May). They clearly have some skill with needle insertion. It's a regular, proper clinic; they keep it clean and sterile. Nothing to complain about.
