I visited both the paediatrician and the general practitioner in this department. The doctors are simply wonderful! They're young, but true professionals, and very friendly. I don't speak Polish well, but they helped me in English without any problem.

Hello. This clinic should have "BLOOD DONOR-UNFRIENDLY" in its name. I went this year for the first time to make an appointment with a specialist. As a distinguished blood donor, I asked the receptionist to find me an appointment based on my rights. The receptionist was very rude and arrogant. She told me it was extortion, that it was the law, but because of me, sick people weren't getting to see a doctor. ???? I'm shocked and deeply saddened that the receptionist not only broke the regulations that apply to her but also insulted a blood donor who might soon need blood herself. I will file a complaint about her outrageous behavior with the National Health Fund (NFZ) and the Patient Ombudsman. For almost 20 liters of donated blood, it's a shame to waste my health on bad people who definitely shouldn't be working in healthcare.

I recommend physiotherapist Anna Lewandowska. Treatments are paid, but well worth the cost. Anna is empathetic and patient, which is very important and rare in healthcare.

I'm so glad I signed up for this clinic some time ago (I was previously a patient at the clinic on Czumy Street). The atmosphere is truly family-like. The doctors are very friendly and helpful, as are the nurses in the treatment room. The receptionist is wonderful. I highly recommend the clinic on Cooper Street.
