  1. There's parking, and two registration desks—for primary care and specialists. 2. The offices are often open but closed because the doctor isn't in yet. The women who work there (and walk around) often comment that "some people are..." After all, if the office is open, there might be a nurse or some help. 🧐 3. It's not crowded in the morning; even the doctors aren't very punctual. 4. Since there are few people in the morning, you shouldn't talk in the hallway because the receptionists are working and it bothers them 🤦🏼‍♀️ 5. Appointments are usually not too far away; for example, you can get an appointment with a dentist in a week or two.

  A good, comfortable, and people-oriented specialist clinic. They accept gynecologists and rheumatologists. There's a small parking lot near the reception desk, and two disabled parking spaces. The entrance is equipped with steps and ramps for wheelchairs and crutches. The building has an elevator and restrooms, including those for disabled people. Registration is on the first and second floors. The waiting room isn't very large, but there are enough seats for patients. There are plenty of information materials for patients. The receptionists are very friendly. Everywhere is very clean. Everything seems to be for people. I would give this a 5-star rating. But unfortunately, it all depends on the doctor you see. I wasn't lucky in this case. The rheumatologist was very rude, behaved inappropriately, and shouted. She made a mistake in the prescription – the dose was wrong. She refused to admit her mistake and write the correct prescription. I'm giving 1 star for the doctor's work, and that's too much for her. It's a shame, because all the other staff members try very hard for the patients.

  Compared to other National Health Fund (NFZ) facilities, this one is definitely the best. The receptionists are very helpful, friendly, and always smiling – they don't cause any problems. Another big plus is the parking lot, where it's easy to find a space. Importantly, telephone contact works flawlessly – the phone is answered, which unfortunately isn't always the case at other facilities.

  Doctor Danuta Ciesielka-Goreń calls asking me to come in an hour early for my appointment because she doesn't have any patients. However, when I get there, it turns out there are patients and I have to wait for my appointment. So why call and tell me to come in early? If I had arrived at my original scheduled time, I wouldn't have had to spend an extra hour in the hallway. I consider this a complete disregard for the patients' time.
