The Ukrainian doctor is a wise doctor with extensive medical knowledge. The point is, a doctor doesn't have to be nice, just very good and treat us. Patients are different, doctors can't cater to patients' whims. I come from a medical family, and as my mother-in-law used to say... "A doctor must make an incision, inflict pain, to heal a person," a surgeon.

A very good, patient-friendly clinic. The doctors are competent. The nurses and the attending physician are kind and helpful. I recently visited Ms. Olena Desiantyk and I'm surprised by some people's opinions. It's sad that one can be so, to put it mildly, biased. In my opinion, she's very competent. She's a doctor, she thoroughly examines and prescribes medications for the condition, not the patient's wishes.

Olena is a disaster. Whoever hired her and still keeps her after so many bad reviews? She's a rude, disgusting woman, serving time as punishment. She should go back to where she came from. She refused to write a prescription for antibiotics when she had a 40-degree fever, severe throat, headache, and muscle pain. Whereas the same day, a private doctor issued a prescription without hesitation. This pseudo-doctor is a disaster, and that's why the clinic has the reputation it does.

I highly recommend Dr. Olena Desiatnyk. She's polite and thorough. I received referrals for numerous tests and the medications she prescribed were spot-on. Online registration is available.

A very good facility and excellent staff who, with a smile, help me recover. I haven't had any difficult situations yet. Big shout-out to the pediatricians who work here, who treat children like children, not just another patient, and also to the lady in the lab, who doesn't even seem afraid of needles :)
