Three or four hours of waiting, regardless of the time I registered. Today's example: I registered for 9:30 a.m., number 40, and when I got to the lab, it turned out it was number 14... I finally got in at 12, only to find out they wouldn't do the blood test because the courier with the samples had left half an hour earlier. It took another two hours to see the doctor. Disaster.

Calling them is next to impossible. You're supposedly third in line, but after an hour of waiting, I was first on the line! It's a shame the call disconnected (by itself), and after dialing again, you're third in line! It's a scam, not reception.

Occupational medicine, the specialists are fine, but the patient order is a complete mess. You're one of the first to arrive and the last to leave.

The neurology clinic at the doctor's is great, I recommend it. The doctor is friendly and explains everything thoroughly. I'm very satisfied. No problems with any tests or medications. He's a true doctor by vocation. It's a pity there aren't more doctors like him in clinics.

The receptionist (a blonde) is a real mess. She needs to go to school and learn how to see patients, and the process itself could be improved, but why bother when people have to use the doctor anyway? The other ladies are very nice! It's a bit like communist post-facelift in a nutshell. On the plus side, the neurologist is a great guy (and that's the ONLY reason for this rating).
