I recommend it. The medical staff and receptionists do everything they can to make sure patients feel cared for. In my humble opinion, it's the best clinic in Lubań, and I highly recommend it! Regarding the comments about "private conversations and trying on clothes," I believe the team should also like and respect each other, even in private (they like each other, and you can feel it!), and let those who have never spoken to a coworker at work be the first to cast a stone.

I have mixed feelings about this clinic. The specialists aren't the worst, the doctors conduct thorough examinations, and they're beyond reproach. However, the nurses are a different story. The blonde woman, around 50, behaves outrageously. She always looks down on patients and sometimes even makes pretentious remarks, regardless of whether there's a valid reason for it. As if that weren't enough, when I arrive at the clinic, I usually find her trying on clothes, and office hours aren't the time for such antics.

This happened a few days ago, and I've been reading the comments and waiting for someone to finally respond. It's truly a fad—zero empathy, zero patient contact, zero help, even if they're willing to help at all. They don't pay attention to patients; everything is geared towards them... It's a mistake. I greet the nurse warmly because not everyone can be reached. Even though someone wants to come in private for their results, I wait 20 minutes for the nurse to come and tell me the cost of the results, because it's difficult to get that information at the registration desk.
