In winter, having only two pediatricians is clearly insufficient for the number of patients. This results in significant difficulties in getting through and long waits for appointments, which is particularly problematic during the peak season. I understand that this may be due to funding limitations within the National Health Fund, but the primary impact is borne by the children and their parents. Ms. Angelika deserves special recognition – her kindness, professionalism, and commitment are a tremendous support to patients.

At the clinic, I attended antenatal education classes with midwife Izabella Pawłowska. These classes were the best thing I could have done for myself during my pregnancy. The classes were held in small groups of women, and many interesting topics were covered, with always time for discussion and questions. Izabella herself is incredibly kind, always available, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend these classes. I had to travel from another district specifically for them, but that wasn't a problem for me because I looked forward to these sessions. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous negative comments about the collection center and the people working there. My visit with my two-month-old baby was unpleasant from the start. The elderly woman at the reception desk on the third floor was, to put it bluntly, unpleasant, as were the elderly women drawing blood for tests. When asked if they had a changing table in the room, the woman replied with a huff and a huff that there was a table and a windowsill. The women taking the samples showed no empathy or respect for the baby. The parents were given dry commands, ineffective injections into the antecubital vein, followed by drilling the needle for five minutes until something came out while the baby writhed in pain. This resulted in enormous stress and further injections (and drilling) in the other arm. There were lazy and casual responses to requests for gauze and plasters to stop the bleeding from the arms. A small child whose immune system is still developing is at risk of illness due to the irresponsibility of the staff in the diagnostic room, who invite other patients into a small collection room, cramming everyone in 5-6 people into 3 square meters. There's zero privacy, empathy, or respect. The amount of blood drawn is disproportionate to the baby's weight. I strongly advise against it, and it's worth it for the clinic to invest in competent and empathetic staff who can care for small children. The staff said that if you don't like it, go to the hospital. Overall, it's a disaster; I don't recommend visiting with little ones.

I took advantage of prenatal education at Ms. Izabella Pawłowska's clinic – I'm very satisfied! I recommend it! There's no zoning restrictions; you can access care and classes within other districts. :) Ms. Iza is a great woman, and the classes are specific and to the point – great preparation for the new stage. :)
