The receptionists have been maintaining this standard of how patients should not be treated for years. It's outrageous that an elderly person is standing in line in the morning to make an appointment with a doctor in person instead of doing it online or by phone (which is, of course, impossible, as the ladies don't answer the phone). It's a waste of their precious time to check that there are no available appointments for that day. It's no wonder the National Health Fund (NFZ) is so inefficient, considering our contributions are going to pay these "employees." I highly recommend it.

Getting through to the clinic is bordering on a miracle. Today I called and got the message "You are first in the queue." I waited patiently for 15 minutes and you are still first in the queue. The waiting time was 1 minute, 15 minutes passed and they disconnected. Maybe the ladies are sleeping instead of answering and disconnecting.

There's a constant problem with registration, both general and pediatric. The receptionists sit there sipping coffee and sending patients away to come back the next day before 7 a.m. to make an appointment with a doctor. This clinic is a complete disaster; if it were possible to give it 0 stars, I would.

There's a constant problem with registration; there are never any spots available. It's impossible to register for the next day; they always say, "Tomorrow's registration is tomorrow," and after 7 a.m., there are no more spots left. Interestingly, the scoundrels from across the eastern border can register for a much longer period. Well, you'll die sooner than you'll recover from the National Health Fund.

I wonder why the new manager, while "cleaning up" the clinic and restoring some functionality, kept Dr. Gumienna in her position. There's probably not a single person who would be satisfied after dealing with this doctor. She's rude, shouts at patients, and uses a commanding tone to demonstrate her superiority. How many complaints must be filed before this doctor stops making life miserable for people in our city? When people register, the first thing they ask is not to book an appointment with Dr. Gumienna. All they have to do is ask the receptionists. How can a doctor be a doctor and insult people seeking help? It's unacceptable to me; this has been going on for years.
