Today, January 14, 2026, I was at the registration desk. A pleasant, dark-haired woman was busy registering a patient, while the other blonde was engrossed in her cell phone. When she finally spoke to me, she was rude and unkind, even though I interrupted her while she was texting or browsing Facebook or another TikTok. Seriously, the manager of this clinic should be more disciplined. After arriving home, I called and declined the appointment graciously scheduled for January 20, 2026. The number of missed appointments is 680—I'll leave you to ponder.

I was pleasantly surprised. Both the receptionists and the doctors were very empathetic. The information was accurate and comprehensive. I felt cared for. This is a huge improvement at this clinic. I highly recommend it. I have hope in these young, wise people (doctors, medical staff, and other personnel). Thank you so much, and keep up the good work!

The ladies at the adult reception desk are a disaster, they either make appointments for days when there's no doctor or there's no room, and they say it at the end of the conversation :) The doctors are poor, they have entire lists of patients, but the corridors are empty :) The worst clinic, not to mention the ultrasound room, miracles happen there, the guy who describes the images has no idea what he's talking about :)

Avoid this facility completely! A few days ago, I was at overnight care with my one-year-old son (39 degrees Celsius, another day). The "doctor" left the office a few minutes after 6 p.m., extremely distracted and, I'm sure, under the influence of alcohol. I grabbed my son and ran away. Next time, I'll have no choice but to call the police. DISASTER. Not to mention the nurses who work there – rude and insolent.

A week ago, I fractured a metatarsal bone with a risk of dislocation. I urgently needed to schedule a follow-up appointment with a specialist for the following week. I managed to make an appointment in Wołów. I reached the clinic on the first call. The appointment went quickly and efficiently, and most importantly, on time, and the doctor was very nice. The only downside is the lack of signage upon entering the clinic; I didn't know which floor to go to. The elevator is a plus.
