I'll start with the positives: Dr. Niewiara is wonderful, very helpful and kind. Cons: The receptionist is very reluctant to perform her duties; it was a huge hassle for her to create a new card. Furthermore, if the receptionist is open, why are patients being sent back the next day to make an appointment? I was informed that appointments with the gynecologist can only be scheduled until noon, and I have to come back again! My rating for the doctor is 5*, the receptionist service is 0*.

You can never get through, and it's not that the office is always busy, it's just that no one answers the phone. Doctors are supposed to be there until 2:30 PM, but by 12 PM they're gone. It's hopeless.

The receptionists are a disaster. They do their jobs as if they were there as a punishment. They treat patients with condescension and are reluctant to do anything. Reaching them by phone is next to impossible. It's a disaster.

It's ok. Easy access behind the clinic, free parking. Just calling there is bordering on a miracle.

Clinic on the Słowiki estate. It's quiet, not crowded, just a general practitioner, pediatrician, and dentist nearby.
