I'm scheduling an appointment for two people - unfortunately, only the last available spot. The appointment is for 5:45 PM, and at 3:00 PM, I'm calling to see if I can come in at 4:30 PM. I can. Because the doctor sees me so quickly that I can leave early. Could more people be scheduled? Yes, I can. He should be there until 6:00 PM. What's more, the doctor doesn't even bother to help because he doesn't know how. So, please issue a document stating he's helpless. Then I'll go to the emergency room or the ER, and they won't refer me to the primary care physician because the document states the physician is helpless. I'm not talking about every doctor, but doesn't the management see what's happening? Has the facility become a "clever, cost-effective primary care physician"? This isn't normal. This is downright outrageous. What's a patient supposed to do if the specialist hasn't helped them and they're waiting for a diagnosis? The doctor is washing their hands of it. So, there's no real care. There's no admission of inaction either. It's best to pretend they're getting treatment. Right?

Dramatyczny poziom merytoryczny lekarzy oraz brak umiejętności rozmowy z drugim człowiekiem. Chamstwo i brak wiedzy. Zarówno lekarze rodzinni jak i pediatrzy nie świecą wiedzą. Brakuje im aktualnej wiedzy, przy tym są opryskliwi i nieuprzejmi.

Today I wanted to schedule a home visit for my mother because there was a long wait for an ambulance, and the woman at the medical center said they don't call an ambulance for a fever, but my mother couldn't get out of bed. My brother called the clinic and asked for a home visit, but the receptionist said it could be at 6 p.m. if the doctor wanted to come. The dispatcher didn't believe the doctor at the clinic didn't want to come to the house until she called the clinic herself and answered the door. So why hire doctors who are nearing retirement age who are exhausted after seeing five patients?
