  Very efficient care. I saw an internist, a cardiologist, for an EKG and bloodwork, and my son and I saw an allergist and the treatment room. We didn't have to wait anywhere; the doctor was waiting for us! Everyone was smiling, polite, and competent. A very good experience! Registration was also pleasant, quick, and efficient! More clinics like this

  Today I tried to register with a general practitioner through a friend who was there because I couldn't get out of bed. The woman at the reception desk shouted at my friend that she absolutely wouldn't register me at Kilińskiego Street, because my clinic is on Warszawska Street and that's the only one I could go to, even though that clinic collaborates with the one on Warszawska Street, as they're in the same district. Even the registration phone number is shared by several clinics in Wesoła. I've never had this happen before. Every time I went to register in person or called, no one made a problem. Quite the opposite. After calling Warszawska Street, I was told there were no available appointments. I decided to contact a third clinic in the district. I called Jana Pawła II Street, and surprisingly, no one shouted that I wasn't from their clinic and didn't turn me away. A very kind woman registered me with a doctor without the slightest problem. Is it possible? As you can see, here it is :) I've already formed an opinion about one of the women at the registration desk at the clinic on Kilińskiego Street. Generally, the doctors there are okay, but this one woman has ruined the place's image. It's a shame.

  ROCK! In five years, I've only managed to get into this hopeless clinic twice; there's never a spot. Today, I've been waiting in line since 7:45 a.m. for 10 people ahead of me to sign up, and after 10 people, there's no room. You pay a fortune for this, but you're treated privately. The receptionist says, "Go to the old love center or the green area." Absolutely! I'll get on the bus and infect everyone. ROCK! From now on, you have to go privately, and don't waste your time.

  I managed my pregnancy at this facility, having transferred from another one where the doctor made inappropriate comments at every appointment... Dr. Złotorowicz was very friendly, with an ultrasound at every appointment, and a thorough examination. Although there were often delays, this only speaks to the reliability of the visits. She doesn't see patients with a watch in her hand; she listens and answers every question. The midwife, Ms. Ela, was a true angel – smiling and empathetic. Later, she came to us for postpartum visits (all six of them), and each appointment was held in a pleasant atmosphere. I felt like an aunt was visiting us for a helpful visit. She always carefully examined the baby, cleared up any doubts, and offered suggestions. I hope there are more people like her with a calling and passion for their work ;) Blood draws for pregnant women are only on Thursdays – which has its pros and cons. Pregnant women are seen first on these days, so everything goes smoothly. I have a comparison with other facilities and I recommend this clinic for its human, empathetic approach to the patient.

  The clinic leaves much to be desired. The receptionist is rude. After numerous explanations that another facility (a partner) doesn't have a specialist, she accuses us, and then, after the doctor agrees, graciously adds us to the waiting list. We were told that we should have called in the morning to make an appointment with an internist, because everyone knows he'll be sick at a certain time (logical?). The most difficult part was changing the information on the form that showed the patient's PESEL number and name. Not to mention the fact that it's impossible to reach the receptionist by phone; you can wait in line forever. The service is terrible; I don't recommend it at all.
