I definitely recommend this clinic. I visited Dr. Agata Seredyn Sójka. Everything was professional, friendly, quick, and thorough. The doctor explains everything, orders tests, and takes her time. Her diagnosis turned out to be correct, whereas other doctors previously made unfounded threats. The midwife is an angel! A big plus for her smile and respect for the patient. She schedules appointments so that, even though I had an appointment at 10:45, I walked into the doctor's office at exactly 10:45. No delays, no waiting, no arguments in the waiting room. She reminds me about my appointment via text message. I highly recommend this clinic and the women's clinic. Best regards to the women working there. 🙂

Incredible. I'm pregnant and wanted to make an appointment with Dr. Agata Sojka for my pregnancy care. There's a woman there making an appointment with the doctor (I tell her I'm pregnant and want to see the doctor, and she's REQUESTING me an appointment for FEBRUARY!!! I say, "What a lucky guess, it's October now, you must be joking," and she tells me no, and that I can find another doctor!) So I have to wait until the 5th month? And if something happens, who's responsible? Should I see different doctors for my pregnancy care, or should I see Dr. Agata twice in 9 months?

This is a joke. At clinic number 1, no general practitioners are available in the afternoon. You have to take time off work to get a consultation. It's also very "sparse" until noon. There's one doctor with huge waits and practically impossible to get an appointment, and another doctor with no patients. Perhaps the clinic manager should consider hiring competent doctors.

The receptionists are misleading patients. They tell them to come in for an ultrasound on the last Monday of the month to register, and after registering three people, they tell the rest they can only register via the hotline. Of course, the hotline is out of service.

Irena Ziętek should have retired long ago and given young people a chance. After leaving the hospital (I was anemic with a hemoglobin of 5.5), I was scheduled for a checkup with my family doctor within two days. The first words from the supposed family doctor, "What do you need?" when I described the situation and the discharge summary, were: "I shouldn't come to her and asked how she was supposed to help me." I asked her to provide a referral for a complete blood count. She did so and advised me to go for the test at the end of the month. Thank God, I had an appointment with a pulmonologist today, and after reviewing my discharge summary, she recommended I have the tests done tomorrow.
