I have no complaints about the clinic's doctors, but I do have complaints about the reception staff. I brought my 5-month-old baby with a recurring fever, weakness, and clear symptoms of illness. Despite this, the receptionist told me "the earliest appointment is in a few hours" and that I should go home and just lower my temperature. Or go to the Biały Kamień branch at 10:15. I wasn't offered a consultation with a doctor, no one assessed my child's condition, and the symptoms were downplayed. After an urgent consultation at another facility, it turned out my child had COVID-19, and the situation was serious and required immediate attention. This treatment of a parent and infant is incomprehensible and unacceptable to me. In my opinion, the reception staff shouldn't independently assess whether a case is urgent—especially with such a young child. I hope the clinic will learn from this and improve its service standards, because in situations involving the health of young children, time, responsiveness, and responsibility are crucial.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I especially do not recommend Dr. Krawczyk. His approach to patients is very specific. Thanks to this doctor, I missed my first prenatal tests! The doctor stated that an ultrasound at 14 weeks is a PRENATAL TEST! I meet the requirements for these tests; by being under the doctor's care, the patient should feel safe and treated according to current procedures. So what's the situation like in this case? Another doctor at a different clinic said he wouldn't even comment on it. At the gynecological hospital, I was informed that it was too late for these tests because the baby was too big. This situation is currently causing me a lot of stress... A FAILURE. Maybe instead of cookies and coffee, the doctor's office should have a guide on how to manage pregnancy in 2025. I know I'm not the only one who was treated this way; of course, I found out later.

Unfortunately, I'm sad that this happened to me. I went to a primary care physician of Ukrainian descent and had a communication problem because I couldn't understand half of what she was saying. She prescribed medication for me, but for the past few days, I've been experiencing problems with my labyrinth, which I suspect is related to my dizziness and double vision. I've never had problems with other primary care physicians.
