I give it 5 stars. But to be clear, not everyone there is perfect. I like the service provided by Ms. Anna at the front desk (greetings!), the sensible approach of the family doctor, Mr. Klaudiusz, and I also like the humor and wit of the assistant at the surgeon's office. Despite everything, the clinic runs well and relatively efficiently. Prescriptions are issued by email at 7:20 a.m. the very next day. As with any other clinic, there's always a misunderstanding or a mediocre doctor, but the clinic offers a decent range of services covered by the National Health Fund, which I prefer over the best private clinics like Luxmed, where I have to drive to the center of Poznań. For Swarzędz and Zalasewo, this is the most optimal healthcare facility. I also like the accessibility; I just turn off Poznańska Street 50 meters and I'm there. Parking is always available nearby, and importantly, it's free.

First of all, I'd like to extend a huge thank you to the hygienist, Ms. Dana. She performed my son's teeth cleaning and assisted Dr. Michalina—and she did it all to the highest standard. Professional, thorough, very gentle, and incredibly kind. My son felt calm and comfortable throughout the entire visit. Together with Dr. Michalina, they form a fantastic, harmonious team. She is a wonderful doctor—competent, attentive, and empathetic. Together, they provide truly top-quality care. A huge thank you also goes to Ms. Julia, who drew my daughter's blood. She did it in literally seconds! Efficiently, painlessly, with incredible calm and professionalism. My daughter was impressed, and I was even more so. This approach to children is a true gift. Thank you for your care, kindness, and professionalism. This is a place you can return to with complete confidence.

The ladies at the registration desk are always nice, smiling, and very helpful... whenever I go in there, I know I'll always leave happy and get what I need :) and this time it was no different :) I highly recommend Certus on Poznańska Swarzędz :)
