The treatment of patients is outrageous. Since 7:00 a.m., all incoming calls have been blocked. I've tried calling repeatedly, to no avail. When I personally arrived at the registration desk and deliberately called in front of the staff, none of the phones rang because incoming calls are simply blocked. Meanwhile, the staff sat quietly drinking coffee. Because of this, I had to get up and come to the clinic with a fever of 40°C because I couldn't get through. This is a complete lack of respect for sick patients.

The quality of service at this clinic is very poor. The doctors seem incompetent and disinterested in their patients. The biggest problem is registration. I called to make an appointment, and the response was, "Please call back later." I consider this behavior completely unacceptable in a medical facility.

The clinic's calling card, the reception desk, isn't about looking pretty at the window, but rather about serving patients and interacting with people. The receptionists could focus on their work instead of offering unsolicited advice, which they lack the knowledge and expertise to provide. Whether it's over the phone or in person at the clinic. If a patient asks for an appointment, please schedule one. No one is interested in a woman's bitter outlook on life. The young, blond woman, with her makeup and beautiful wallpaper, her eyes highlighted and the ring around her mouth—wallpaper won't add to your charm if you lack basic manners and manners. Once she'd kindly registered me, she told me I could go. Your job is to give me the office number and explain how to get there, not to ask for my help. Furthermore, I offended the receptionists so much with my specific needs that they couldn't even bring themselves to say "goodbye" to me. Have a cheesecake day, introduce morning yoga, go to empathy training courses... Sick people come to you, they don't need the additional burden of your illnesses.

Very poor service at the reception. The staff allow themselves to be yelled at by patients. It's a mess.
