  My grandmother tried to make an appointment with Dr. Maj. by phone. Unfortunately, the conversation with the receptionist took place in a very unpleasant atmosphere – she was treated rudely, and the receptionist raised her voice and responded as if she were doing it as a punishment. This isn't the first time we've encountered this type of behavior from the receptionist. My fiancé previously called to schedule a regular doctor's appointment, but was only told to call back later because the receptionist "doesn't know when appointments are available." I'd like to emphasize that the problem only affects some of the people working in the receptionist's office. When I made the phone appointment for my blood draw, the women were very kind and helpful. The doctors at this clinic are also friendly, professional, and always try to help their patients. What's most distressing, however, is the way my grandmother was treated – an elderly person who should be treated with patience and respect.

  I would like to wholeheartedly thank the entire clinic staff. Exactly two weeks ago, I suddenly developed severe swelling and shortness of breath. I came to the clinic in a very serious condition. Panicked, I didn't bring my documents with me and with great difficulty walked the hundred meters from my house to the clinic. I completely lost my voice—I couldn't speak and began to choke. I had no way to call for help, so I came in person. Unfortunately, my critical condition prevented me from understanding exactly who was helping me. You prevented me from suffocating—I received urgent care and an ambulance was called, where all the necessary tests and treatment were performed. Today I'm home. My life was saved. Yes, I still have a long rehabilitation and treatment ahead of me, but I'm alive, and thanks to you. Help was provided immediately, calmly, and professionally. No one hesitated, no one ignored me—the staff's actions were quick, precise, and truly humane. I also want to emphasize that I am a refugee from Belarus, and at that moment I felt particularly strongly the importance of trust and a human touch. What I received there wasn't just medical care—it was a sense of security in a life-threatening situation. Thank you very much for your help, I appreciate your hard work and professionalism. Thank you so much for everything you did for me. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, and all the staff at the clinic at Zawiszaków 23 for your professionalism, attention, and empathy. Moments like these clearly demonstrate the immense value of your work. With sincere gratitude and respect.

  I've been caring for my children, now three, for five years, and I've never, ever had any complaints about the staff. The doctors, nurses, and front desk staff are always friendly and cheerful. I'm talking about dozens of checkups, vaccinations, and colds. My wife and I were recently referred to rehabilitation, and the front desk staff there is also friendly and eager to help. I honestly don't understand any of the negative comments.

  Today I was at the clinic for a visit, the ladies at the reception were very nice, the lady in the office where the blood is drawn was also very nice and very polite, and Dr. Obuchowicz was just a nice, polite, professional doctor with a great sense of humor, wonderful, I wish there were more doctors like him.
