The worst primary care clinic I've ever encountered. Getting through is next to impossible, and if someone does answer, the conversation lasts a few seconds and yields little. Doctor appointments are absurdly long for primary care. The clinic is chaotic, disorganized, and makes you feel like the patient is the problem, not the person in need. The doctors seem overworked and distant, and the visits are very short, often ending without a concrete diagnosis or treatment plan. The reception staff is rude, at times even rude. Instead of support, it's frustration and a waste of time.

The approach to the patient is abysmal. The receptionist is angry that you even come in, telling you to check your symptoms online instead of coming to the clinic. She instructs us, pointing to herself and implying that we're talking about the clinic staff, that we don't go to the doctor in such situations. It's a good thing I'm a doctor and have the knowledge to make my own diagnoses. Ultimately, her dismissive attitude caused her to forget to log me into the waiting room system, making me wait even longer. When I returned to the receptionist, the doctor only said I had suspected infectious mononucleosis, and she dismissed me as a common cold. Even online, it says it's not a common cold. Is it possible the staff didn't even have the necessary skills?

I went to the clinic under the NPL program with an urgent referral from a general practitioner; waiting until morning could have ended badly. Upon entering, I was greeted by receptionists who were angry that I had even come in. I was met by a doctor who yelled at me for suspecting a fever, because "it's just a mathematical value." The overall approach is disrespectful, lacking in interest and empathy, and treated like garbage. To the people managing this facility – instead of responding to reviews and saying you'll do something about it, please actually take action. I left the office after a minute, crying, because I won't allow anyone to treat me this way when I need urgent medical attention. The Polish healthcare system is "fine." It's a disaster.

Telefonuję do rejestracji żeby umówić wizytę u specjalisty. Podano mi bezpośredni numer telefonu do protetyka. Nie wiem po co ❓ Na ten numer telefonu nikt nie odpowiada od 8:00 do 13:30 godziny wielokrotne próby nic nie dały. Potwierdzałem telefonując jeszcze raz do centrali, że numer jest właściwy. Brak mi słów żeby opisać do jakiego lekceważenia dochodzi. Ktokolwiek za tym stoi jest osobą bez poczucia obowiązku i nie ma wstydu.
