It's a disaster... I've been on hold for 20 minutes, waiting to be connected. I've been put through to the branch selection machine three times already, but somehow each time I get a message that the waiting list is one. But no one bothers to pick up the phone. I don't know what's going on, but it's probably just laziness on the part of the staff, because I can't believe no one has had time to pick up the phone for 20 minutes, considering there are usually three of them at the reception desk. Last time, I was on hold for 40 minutes before someone picked up the phone...

Good morning, I was very pleased with my visit. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and friendly. The lady who took the tests was also very nice, and the lady who performed the ultrasound was very good, polite, and competent. I made an appointment the first time, and everything went quickly. I highly recommend it.

I've never encountered such rudeness and unprofessionalism. We came to get our 6-year-old child's mandatory vaccinations, and the doctor was arrogant, trying to force us to leave with insults and doing nothing. She started asking a lot of strange questions, like how long we'd been in Poland (five times), etc. The vaccination card, translated from Ukrainian by a licensed doctor, didn't sit well with her, even though the law doesn't require a certified translation. When I asked about the vaccine's expiration date, they simply laughed at me. I spent over an hour arguing with these people, while my 6-year-old child sat next to me, stressed and shocked by their behavior. When I asked her to get everything done faster because the child had to go back to school, she laughed, saying that a 6-year-old can't go to school, Karl!

This is the best clinic in Pruszków! I've been a patient of theirs for many years and can always count on excellent doctors and a very kind, helpful staff. The receptionists are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. I can book appointments with doctors the same day, and the clinic regularly expands its range of tests available under the National Health Fund (NFZ). I feel truly "cared for" here—like in the best private clinic. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic!

I'm always satisfied with the services provided by this facility!!! Dr. Katarzyna Wrońska-Glogowska is a wonderful doctor. Her diagnoses are accurate and the treatment is uneventful.
