The medical care itself is fine – the doctors are professional and thorough. Unfortunately, registration is a huge problem, and it's especially difficult to reach a gynecologist by phone. The phone is often busy or unanswered, which is truly inconvenient given the specialty. It's a shame, because the quality of visits is good, but communication with the clinic definitely needs improvement.

The receptionists were incredibly incompetent. I made my husband an appointment over the phone. Upon arrival, we found out we were assigned to a different doctor, with a completely different specialty, because we had the same last name. This is ridiculous (there could be no mistake about the first name). We drove 120 km for nothing, not to mention the unnecessary wait to see the wrong specialist. I don't recommend it.

Żona dzwoni do rejestracji parę dni i nikt nie odbiera telefonu,wręcz odrzuca się telefon który dzwoni. Telefonicznie wogole nie można umówić się na wizytę . Rejestratorki lekceważą i nie odbierają , odrzucają połączenia telefoniczne.
