My review only applies to the receptionist. There's a clear lack of manners and respect for patients. This woman won't even say "I'm listening" or "Please," she just widens her eyes and nods to let you know you're welcome to speak. 🙈 I would really look more closely at the quality of patient care provided by this staff.

Getting an appointment with a doctor at this clinic is next to impossible. These scumbags are standing in line for money to register from 5:30 a.m. (registration opens at 7 a.m.) and occupying the queue, and then, surprisingly, there are no more numbers. On top of that, the receptionists are incredibly rude and arrogant, especially the young woman with dark hair. It's time to change clinics. If you get sick, you can't even count on being examined.

The ladies at the front desk seem to have missed their calling. A person in this position should be helpful, friendly, and empathetic. Sitting on the sidelines and hearing the conversation with an elderly woman leaves much to be desired.

3 phone numbers... I called one 43 times, the second 12, and the third 17 times, many times there was a signal, but no one picked up the phone... and when I did, there was no number or teleconsultation... since they can't cope with so many numbers, maybe it's worth closing one of them, and still answering the ones that call... the only positive thing is that the doctors are good.
