  What's going on at this doctor's office is a joke. Not only did I wait 20 minutes for her to stop clicking on the computer and deal with the patients, but she called the next person in line and said, quoting gentlemen like that, "We don't serve them. Do something about these people because it's beyond human comprehension how people like them can work there!" February 3, 2026

  Hello I do not recommend scheduling a home visit from a primary care physician at the Szwederów Clinic, run by Ms. Różańska Sypek. The receptionist took a request for a home visit for my 94-year-old mother. The incident occurred on August 6, 2025, at approximately 11:00 AM. The receptionist informed me that Ms. Różańska would contact me by phone before the visit. During the conversation with Ms. Różańska, I informed my 94-year-old mother, who has been bedridden for five years without any contact, about her health condition. I reported that she had a high temperature, shallow breathing, and secretions in the upper respiratory tract. This prevented her from swallowing fluids and blended meals. Ms. Różańska limited herself to providing a teleconsultation and issuing a prescription for syrup, stating that she saw no basis for a home visit. About six hours after the telemedicine consultation, I was forced to call an ambulance due to my mother's deteriorating health. The medical team arrived quickly, providing the necessary care and simultaneously asking why I hadn't reported this to the primary care clinic. I informed them of Ms. Różańska's refusal to allow a home visit. After the incident, I filed a complaint with the National Health Fund (NFZ) in Bydgoszcz, informing the payer (NFZ, meaning us, the patients) about the lack of logic in the healthcare system's operation. Ms. Różańska's lack of empathy resulted in the NFZ bearing the cost of sending an ambulance with a staff of three, while being able to pay only for the primary care physician. The insured patient had to wait patiently for the emergency physician's help, as the primary care physician had failed to fulfill its statutory obligations. My mother died six days later. My opinion doesn't apply to the entire staff of this clinic, but it would be good if someone could draw conclusions to prevent future scandalous behavior by doctors who took the Hippocratic Oath - "First, do no harm..."   The phone contact is terrible, and registering this way is a nightmare. The facility's service is abysmal and substandard. The doctors, with a few exceptions, are no better. Overall, for a medical facility, it was a terrible experience. Someone should investigate this facility, because what the staff does there is beyond words.

  Drama! I'm taking my child to hospital who sometimes has trouble breathing and a rapid heartbeat, and her doctor prescribes cough syrup and says she'll be fine.

  I don't understand the negative comments, as my experience with this clinic has been truly excellent. If someone truly needs help, they'll get it here. I've asked a doctor for an additional appointment and have never been refused – when they see a patient in need, they always show understanding and willingness to help. Special thanks also go to the receptionists, who are kind and helpful in every situation.
