I do not recommend orthodontic services at this office. There are frequent delays in appointments with Dr. Marcjasz, and we're not talking about 5 minutes, but even over an hour, which is absolutely unacceptable in a private practice. Furthermore, there's a lack of direct contact between the doctor and the patient, with most information provided solely by the assistant, which significantly reduces comfort and a sense of security during treatment. The braces treatment also raises my concerns. I feel like my teeth looked better before treatment than they do now. The whole thing feels like a lack of personalized attention.

I don't recommend Ms. Marcjasz's orthodontic services. Even though it's a private practice, Ms. Marcjasz was repeatedly late for appointments, not by 5 minutes but by as much as two hours. I've witnessed numerous arguments with other patients about such delays. As previously commented, instead of properly attending to the patient, it was often more important to talk to the assistant. While getting my braces removed, my tooth, which had a clasp, was crushed. Blood was pouring out. The pain was excruciating. When I asked for anesthesia because I couldn't stand the pain, I was told it was pointless. Since then, I've had a very difficult time going to the dentist. My treatment was also ended. I was supposed to have a wire attached to the inside of my teeth. I arrived for my appointment, only to find out we weren't doing it after all. Unfortunately, a lot of time was wasted (the doctor was constantly late) and money wasted because the treatment wasn't what it should have been.

I'd like to thank Dr. Agnieszka and Klaudia for their exemplary treatment of the patient. Their professionalism, commitment, and friendly approach were evident from the very beginning. Everything ran smoothly and in a pleasant atmosphere. They definitely deserve recognition. I highly recommend them.

I'm writing this review after a visit to the orthopedist. Mr. Emil Adamczyk thoroughly, quickly, and efficiently examined my son's legs and feet. During the visit, he called a colleague who specializes in similar cases to provide me with the most professional advice possible (Mr. Emil works primarily with adults). I felt I was with a reputable specialist who quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to find an effective solution. Thank you!

The reception staff treated me with great tact and understanding. In line with the service offered, the patient with pain was seen on the day of the appointment, despite the summer holidays. Dr. Danusia has a professional yet empathetic approach to her patients. She took great care of me. I highly recommend the MEDICA clinic.
