The organization is terribly poor; they tell you to arrive 30 minutes early. It's 30 minutes late, and I'm still waiting. There are a lot of people scheduled for the same hour, so I don't see the point in calling people in early. The gastroscopy doctor also has a strange personality. He performed the test but didn't prescribe anything, and he gave me zero recommendations—I have to wait a month for the test results, with no medication, and no recommendations for a longer period than after the test. My request for a medical certificate for that day was also rejected, and I was sent away empty-handed. As for the test results, I have to find someone myself.

Despite my short time as a patient at this clinic, I'm very satisfied. Finally, a clinic where answering the phone is no easy feat. The receptionists, nurses, and doctors are polite, kind, and extremely knowledgeable in their fields.

The women at the reception desk and in the treatment room are a disaster. They seem to be punished for it, but they're not nice and do their job with grace. We were very pleased with the pediatrician, but because of the nurses, we changed clinics where the nurses don't show such kindness. I don't recommend this clinic. And if the women don't like contact with people, I recommend a different job.

I don't understand the negative reviews. The occupational health examination was completed in 3 hours. The staff and the ladies were very kind. I highly recommend them.
