What a tragedy! Dr. T. Szymkowiak refused to see me an hour before the facility closed because he supposedly finished his shift. I needed an urgent appointment; my illness was getting worse and wouldn't go away despite a week of treatment. When I repeated my request for admission and explained my health status, I was told to leave the office. Do we pay dues for this kind of treatment? Some higher authority or institution should address this! Disrespectful.

Can anyone tell me how the registration system works at this clinic? Registration starts at 8:00 a.m. I arrive at 8:35 a.m., and there are no appointments available for that day, even though several doctors are seeing them. If you can't register for an appointment the day before, how on earth are there no appointments available after 35 minutes of registration? Both during and outside of sick season? I rarely use the clinic, but not being able to make an appointment when I'm sick that day is outrageous.

It's a disaster! You call to make an appointment, and you get an appointment in six days. I called today at 10 a.m. and was given an appointment for Thursday at 2:15 p.m. However, I arrive during office hours requesting urgent care. The receptionist tells me to go to the doctors' office, either 10 or 12, and ask if I'm admitted. I wait 15 minutes at the door (like a beaten dog), and I finally get to ask at office number 12 if I'm admitted. The doctor refuses, doesn't ask what's wrong with me, and I'm simply ignored. I wait another 30 minutes outside office number 10. A miracle happens: the doctor who had an appointment for 12:30 comes, and it's already 12:45 p.m., and bingo, I'm admitted. I'm very disappointed with the way patients are treated at this clinic. I've been with this clinic for over 20 years. I remember the days when Mr. Rudziński was there. There were never any problems with even unscheduled appointments. They always asked what was wrong and showed concern for the patient, but I don't think that will happen again. Best regards to the doctor from office no. 12, and I wish you good health.

I had an appointment at 10 a.m., an appointment I was supposed to attend on an empty stomach. At 11:30, there were still three people scheduled to get in before me. Is it normal to treat people this way? I didn't stay to find out how long someone who hasn't eaten is kept waiting...

I visited Dr. Aleksandra Rybczyńska, who is covered by the National Health Fund, with my daughter. I had a referral from a private practice, but I wanted to use the National Health Fund, so I asked for a referral. The doctor commented on the validity of the tests ordered. Finally, she wrote one. As it turned out, the tests she questioned were OUT OF THE REGULATIONS! She also sent us for an EKG at the request of a private doctor. When I returned with the results, she kicked me out of the office without looking at them because, according to her, she hadn't ordered it. My daughter was very stressed after the visit, seeing the doctor's attitude.
