  The receptionist is, to put it politely, very rude. Perhaps a change of job would help her understand the seriousness of her profession. The telephone operator, besides being polite, also lacks knowledge of basic National Health Fund regulations, making her unnecessary, even harmful. Doctors should address such behavior, but unfortunately, as the reviews show, they don't care. I recommend the book "Gods"... I can't give it less than zero, so one star is a gross exaggeration!

  The receptionist, not Mrs. Justyna S., said that she would not sign me up for a teleconsultation, and I also asked the lady to give me the phone to the doctor because I was unable to come. She replied that she would not give me the phone and I would not ask the doctor because I could not, so I ask the management to speak with this lady because such behavior cannot take place and not providing help to the patient is a serious matter.

  I'm giving it a 1 because the receptionist treated me and my child's problem like I don't know what. I explained to her that I couldn't be there until 1 p.m. because I work like so many other parents. Instead of helping me—it was Friday, the weekend, and I had a small child—to schedule an appointment with someone in the afternoon just to see my child, I was told, 'I won't arrange your day, it's your problem,' how impertinent. Fortunately, I called all the clinics in Zamość, and other clinics don't have such problems. They admitted us in the afternoon, without any delay, even though we're not their patients! And thank God, because later would have been too late! I'll file a complaint with the clinic manager, and because of the doctor, she doesn't want to transfer, but I think I'll have to.

  I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jamrozik. She has a great approach to patients and is very kind. The nurses at the front desk are very friendly and attentive. The clinic is highly recommended.
