What happened at the clinic today is beyond comprehension. The receptionist had been calling me since yesterday to arrive early for my appointment at the doctor's request. Explaining that I couldn't, she brazenly told me to call a taxi. I finally agreed to the early arrival. I was assured I would be seen among the patients. After all, it was a request from a doctor who wanted to leave work early. Upon arrival, I discovered the wait time for an appointment was over an hour, several people were ahead of me, and I had to wait my turn. Meaning, I would be the last one in line. Meanwhile, it turned out that people with an earlier appointment time would also be allowed in before me. I could have easily arrived at my scheduled time. Ultimately, I left the facility without my appointment. The doctor who called me in earlier didn't bother to see me. I wasted two and a half hours on this charade. I will, of course, report this matter to management and the medical office. Words fail me, no respect for anyone's free time, and the insolence of both the doctor and the receptionist. My appointment was scheduled for a specific time with the gynecologist. I received a call asking if I could arrive 30 minutes early. I managed to arrive 10 minutes early. I was in a hurry, adjusted my home schedule to accommodate the appointment (with the baby at home), and upon arriving at the clinic, I discovered the doctor was already gone. She had left due to an important call. I suspect she didn't want to wait 20 minutes for me. It was a commercial appointment. Very rude behavior, with no respect for the patient. I am disappointed with the doctor's attitude. I do not recommend this facility.

I visited Dr. Ewa Molga for the first time, after several visits to other gynecologists. She was incredibly warm, smiling, and patient. She conducted a thorough interview with me and answered countless questions thoroughly. I brought with me numerous test results, which she analyzed meticulously, result by result, page by page. The tests were conducted in a very comfortable atmosphere. The doctor constantly informed me of what she would be doing and why, as well as what she saw on the ultrasound and what it meant. I recommend this clinic for its complete professionalism, smile, and expert care.
