  I once went to the doctor's office to make an appointment, and the reception staff were poor, as if they didn't want to work. Frequent breaks are the norm, and no one is at the reception desk. There used to be a sign, labeled "National Health Fund," but it was later removed. You have to pay for visits under the National Health Fund (NFZ). Or maybe an internist is available, as I remember, that's the information I received. It's a shame, as it could be beneficial for residents who need a doctor and are covered by the National Health Fund.

  The clinic you go to for a private ENT appointment costs 270 PLN and they don't even have a band-aid to cover the wound around your ear. The quality of service is a joke.

  Clean, tidy, not crowded (I was there in the morning). I go to a very good doctor here. Appointments are on time. I recommend it.

  Despite my scheduled appointment (APPOINTED) being in the system, I forgot to bring my referral and didn't have a number, which is also rubbish. I wasn't accepted even though I was in the system. I'm at a loss for words. I was so distracted and the lady who served me was so callous. I won't set foot there again.
