  I was happy with my dental clinic for years until my toothache was diagnosed as hypersensitivity, and it turned out the tooth was dying. I wasn't referred for an X-ray until I couldn't stand the pain anymore. They needlessly replaced the filling I paid for because it wasn't the problem. I've been going here for over 15 years. Some private clinics offer pulp replacement. Maybe they could have saved it before root canal treatment? Another dentist said they responded to my pain too late to save it and wondered what had happened before. However, they answer calls at least some days, and appointments are short compared to those covered by the National Health Fund. You can get in with pain without an appointment. The price of a root canal without a microscope is not worth it compared to a clinic with a microscope. You pay for it in three installments, as they spread the root canal treatment over three visits.

  The physiotherapy and rehabilitation department is a wonderful place. The staff is qualified and helpful. I enjoyed my visits. Elżbieta from the rehabilitation department is a wonderful and warm woman. The physiotherapists always listened to what I had to say, and the visits were completely calm and comfortable. I have particularly fond memories of Mr. Lech. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

  Yesterday, the dentist ran a drill across my face. I had an appointment with Dr. Zajączkowska, but she most likely delegated her intern to see me. She didn't introduce herself, didn't provide any information about her qualifications, and didn't ask for my consent to the change. I take liquids through a straw because I can't strain the wound, and no one can guarantee I won't be left with a disfiguring scar. Take care!

  I had an appointment for 10:00, and the surgeon didn't show up until an hour and a half later, without even apologizing. Patients are booked twice for the same time, with subsequent appointments every 15 minutes, even though there's only one doctor – making the entire schedule a sham. Furthermore, the receptionists are rude – contact by phone or in person gives the impression that the patient is intruding. Appointments "by the hour" are a joke, and the entire organization operates as if the patient's time has no value.

  There was a delay of over an hour at the dentist's office, and no one informed the patients about the situation – neither at the reception desk (which was empty), nor at the doctor, who, despite leaving to pick up other patients, didn't offer any information to those waiting. They also didn't call ahead, even though they have the phone number. And yet, when a patient doesn't show up, they can call to arrange for someone else to come earlier. It's a shame that this communication only works one way – when the doctor has a gap in their schedule. When a patient wastes their time in the waiting room, no one cares. I understand that emergencies happen – that's normal. But these days, basic information or a quick phone call is a matter of respect and organization, which unfortunately was lacking here.
