  Once again, I hear that there are no available appointments with doctors without an alternative date. The matter has been reported to the Patient Ombudsman and the National Health Fund.

  Unfortunately, I can't provide a positive review. The negative review concerns the neurology clinic. I waited six months for an appointment (my first visit), and I took a day off work for that day. Two hours before my appointment, I received a call saying the appointment would not take place and that I would receive a new appointment. By mid-May, there still hadn't been a date offered, as the neurologist hadn't specified anything. Even a doctor can have an emergency, but the attitude that I'll be informed when he returns is unacceptable. The clinic believes that if the doctor returns in, say, three months, I'll be able to make the appointment. I asked about the possibility of a referral to another neurologist, but I was denied. There are no minor medical specialties, but if someone is trying to see a neurologist, they're likely to have a serious problem, and the clinic staff should be aware of this.

  I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful rehabilitation! My spine is like new, and there's no trace of my recent facial paralysis left – it's a true miracle, for which I'm incredibly grateful. The women working at the center are true angels – always smiling, full of empathy, warmth, and professionalism. Each patient is treated individually, so you feel truly cared for. The atmosphere is so warm and cheerful that you want to come back. You eagerly await the next day of treatments, knowing you'll not only be doing something good for your health but also spending time with wonderful people. What's more – in addition to the visible physical improvement, your head also relaxes and unwinds. It's a true relief for both body and soul. Thank you so much! I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone ❤️

  Without regard for GDPR, the women in the gym sit at a desk, bossing around patients. When they're not busy discussing purchases and trips, it's all just a big, womanly racket. If a facility boasts about its physiotherapists by name, their education, and skills, maybe there's a reason for it? Maybe it's because they're paid for it? If the child is with a parent, they even exercise privately with them. If it's the National Health Fund, they have a cell phone in their hand and chat or disappear into the next room. To them, the patient is nobody, and they don't even bother to hide it with their faces or their language. At the registration desk, I interrupted the ladies, who had no one at the counter, from clapping, asking about registration for physiotherapy. They directed me upstairs, not mentioning that the office was already closed.
