The clinic is becoming a farce. Ukrainians are hiring Polish children with internet-level knowledge and even lower levels of communication in Polish. There's an hour-long delay at 10 a.m., despite appointments being booked.

A week ago, when I was at the clinic, trying to register my child for vaccinations, I was told we could come back at the beginning of October. When I asked if it was specifically October 1st, I was told I didn't have to. Today, when I went to the registration desk around 10 a.m., I was told they had no appointments left for October, and I had to come and stand in line from 7 a.m., and that I had to manage on my own because they were all booked and wouldn't help. Alternatively, I could call to see if there were any openings and get a spot. We won't be going back there. To clarify, I tried to schedule my child's mandatory vaccinations. What a disaster.

Friendly staff at the reception desk, in the treatment room, and the doctors. Appointments are available quickly, and the interior is beautiful, reminiscent of the communist era. I don't understand such a low rating.

I believe that courtesy towards patients and the receptionist should be higher than it currently is. They respond rudely and impolitely, have a dismissive attitude towards patients, and lack empathy and respect. I thought the communist era was over, but unfortunately, this time, the communist era is still alive. I think it would be worth taking a closer look at Mr. Szymon K.'s work. Well, like the CEO, like the staff. It's a shame there are so few exceptions – nice people.
