Helpful ladies at the registration desk. I haven't encountered such kindness in a long time :) My mom goes to the clinic and she loves it. Quick appointments. Accurate diagnoses! I recommend it.

This clinic is a true NFZ horror. The pediatricians lack current knowledge consistent with global guidelines, they are misleading, inattentive, and unhelpful to young parents. I strongly advise against it, as you could harm your own child. The internists... there are no words for this lack of competence. Every prescription with reimbursement is incorrectly issued, it's difficult to access test results, they are unwilling to help, they refuse to issue medication to maintain pregnancy despite meeting the requirements—bureaucracy above all else. They refuse to issue formula despite a diagnosis of a BMC allergy "because (the lady) can control and can't write so many prescriptions, and she has a sick child at home." The reception desk leaves much to be desired, but then again, what can you expect from a woman who lives in such an environment for eight or more hours a day?

The only downside to living on the morena is the lack of good clinics. The service is terrible. It's a disaster, I don't recommend it.

Both the doctor I saw and the receptionist were kind and helpful. The visit was absolutely fine. I haven't seen a doctor covered by the National Health Fund for years, but this was a positive surprise.

I've been using this clinic for several years now and I'm truly satisfied. I always know that sooner or later I'll get through to the receptionist and quickly schedule an appointment, test, vaccination, or whatever I need. The doctors themselves are very thorough, never dismissing any symptom or ailment as trivial. They refer patients to appropriate locations and treat them until they improve—what more could you ask for? A highly recommended primary care clinic!
